NY Expression - Customer Feedback

I envisioned what my wedding jewlery would look like the second I found my dress, my only question was where to look! One weekend while shopping at the Windmill (Penn Yan, NY) I came across the PERFECT necklace! The gentleman at the shop was helpful, but said his wife was the brain's behind the operation. I gave Hope a call and the rest is history! I told her the color's of my wedding and what I was looking for. In about a week's time I recieved an email with a photograph of what she had made and a detailed description including her extremely reasonable price! I feel head over heels for the necklace and asked if making a matching bracelet and earrings would be a problem. A few days later I got another email with a picture of my bracelet and earrings. Knowing how great Hope's work was and that her prices were well below anyone else out there I asked her to make necklaces and earrings for my bridesmaids. Now my girls will have beautiful jewelry to wear on my special day.

Over the years I have been purchasing custom made jewelry from you and have been impressed with the quality. Some people make similar jewelry, but few use the sterling silver with genuine gem stones and the Swarovski Crystal you consistently use.
I have enjoyed my purchases so much that I recently ordered custom made jewelry and bolo ties to use as awards for the Flagstaff Kennel Club K-9 Drill Team awards. What a wonderful response I got. Each person was delighted and thrilled to have a personalized award. Thank you so much.

As much as I enjoy wearing the jewelry, I have to confess that my favorite items purchased from you are the light catchers and mobiles.
They are both beautiful and calming. If I feel stressed, I simply sit in a comfortable chair or lie down where I can watch the sparkling changing lights. I find them very relaxing.
